This waterfront property is positioned on a steep sloping block which gave us the opportunity to showcase our skills and experience in the build side of the project. We have worked on a number of challenging blocks where construction constraints and council approvals have been easily overcome and this was no exception. We were able to create a three-storey, four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with multiple living areas, all with uninterrupted water views.

The design was featured to focus the surrounding water views with each room capturing the light and open plan space. The client was adamant all finishes were high end, contemporary and modern still in keeping to the coastal look and feel of the suburb. This required specialised trades and staff to work on the detailing of this property to ensure the desired requirements were met.

Overall the project was a great success and we are proud we were able to transform this difficult vacant block into this priceless waterfront luxury estate.
