Renovation, Extension, and Pool Installation: The heart of this suburban gem required a comprehensive renovation, a thoughtfully designed extension, and the installation of a stunning pool. Our primary focus was to create a seamless flow from the main foyer through the kitchen area, leading to an expansive entertainment space.
Exquisite Outdoor Features: To enhance the leisure experience, we didn't stop at just a pool. We also integrated a beautifully crafted timber-paneled sauna and an outdoor shower adjacent to the pool area. These additions are perfect for relaxation and unwinding in style.
Indoor-Outdoor Fusion: One of the standout features of this project is the clever use of bi-fold doors that open up to an indoor-outdoor sitting area. This design not only blurs the boundaries between the interior and exterior but also invites an abundance of natural light into the space.
Modern Amenities: In addition to the transformation of the lower level, we incorporated a breakfast bar, a butler's pantry, and multiple glass panels and doors. These features not only make the space more functional but also contribute to its aesthetic appeal.
